I led the design for a large international non-profit organization for 11 years, shaped the brand, designed numerous campaigns and microsites, produced 11 annual reports, 16+ online and printed newsletters, 8 galas, collaborated on videos and exhibitions, built a design department and oversaw a team of designers, working with multiple departments across 5 continents to make a difference for women and families in 56 countries around the world.
